Séraphine Barigenera is a dedicated business leader and social innovator from Burundi, with a diverse background in community development, sustainable initiatives, and economic empowerment. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving livelihoods through innovative solutions, including her early work in nutrition, herbal medicine research, and reforestation projects.
Currently, as Chief of Operations at MSTRpay, Séraphine is at the forefront of driving financial inclusion and digital transformation in Burundi. She leads the integration of the MSTRpay ecosystem into the local economy, working to expand access to digital financial services in underserved communities. Her work aims to foster greater economic participation, improved financial literacy, and increased opportunities for small businesses and individuals, ultimately contributing to sustainable socioeconomic development in the region.

Mariatou Ceesay

Born in Gambia and educated in Serekunda, Mariatou began her career as a chef in the Senegambia tourism sector before launching her own fashion business and later a restaurant in Senegal. Her entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by a commitment to African innovation and sustainability.
With a unique talent for social media marketing and a diverse regional network, Mariatou drives MSTRpay’s marketing growth across African markets by blending cultural insight, community engagement, and strategic communication.

Fenina Kondolanga-Donda

Fenina Kondolanga-Donda serves as MSTRpay’s Agent for the Democratic Republic of Congo, bringing extensive cross-border project development experience connecting African initiatives with European financial institutions.
She is Founder and Managing Director of FK Projektentwicklung UG, with a proven track record in structuring Africa–Europe projects alongside export finance and banking partners. Her institutional network spans European banks and insurers as well as Central African stakeholders, supporting structured joint ventures and financing pathways in DRC.
Based between Europe and Central Africa, Ms Kondolanga-Donda also serves as Managing Director of BTK (Briques et Tuiles du Kongo), overseeing semi-industrial manufacturing operations, financing mobilisation, and institutional coordination. Fluent in French and German, with working knowledge of Lingala, she brings strong regulatory awareness and facilitation capability—positioning her as a key on-the-ground connector for MSTRpay’s expansion in Francophone Africa.
