As CEO of MSTRpay, Mr Petkanas oversees the company’s international expansion and operational strategy, driving its mission to become a next-generation neobank and super-app connecting finance, communication, and lifestyle services worldwide.
Before joining MSTRpay, he held senior positions in several US-based investment firms, specialising in private equity, structured finance, and technology-driven ventures. His deep understanding of financial ecosystems and investor relations has been central to positioning MSTRpay as a global platform bridging developed and emerging markets.

With a background in both private capital advisory and government policy, Erik is known for his ability to align market insight with forward-looking financial infrastructure. He plays a central role in shaping MSTRpay’s cross-border growth, institutional partnerships, and strategic communications.
Erik is particularly focused on building resilient, customer-centric financial ecosystems. His work is grounded in a belief that digital finance must serve both technological innovation and trust — enabling inclusion, transparency, and long-term sustainability.

He has launched successful ventures across real estate, tech, and consumer products. As Co-Founder of American Realty Consulting, he leads capital raises and joint ventures. Previously, as CEO of Strategic Acquisitions International, he grew a THC beverage brand to $1.5M in sales across 600+ retail locations.
Steven has also guided startups at Project Growth International, advanced healthcare transparency at MediXall Group, and helped fund emerging businesses internationally. His investment banking career includes leadership roles at Eagle Venture Capital and Farrand Investment Bankers.
Peter Rinaldo

At MSTRPay, he leads business relations and strategic partnerships across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and South America, connecting microfinance networks, regulators, and investors to advance digital inclusion in emerging economies.
His background as an award-winning investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker for Swedish Television, BBC, and TV4 gives him a unique perspective on how storytelling and technology can drive social change.
Beyond fintech, Peter co-founded the African Boat Company in Senegal to promote sustainable marine industries. In 2023, he was invited to present his reforestation and development model at the United Nations in Geneva. His career reflects a consistent mission: empowering communities through innovation, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration within the evolving global economy.

Felix Baah serves as MSTRpay’s Regional Representative for Africa, bringing more than 35 years of senior executive experience across Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Cyprus. He has held MD and CEO roles spanning finance, securities, mining, and consultancy, with strong cross-border operational expertise.
Based in Accra, Mr Baah contributes deep capabilities in corporate finance, project structuring, and regulatory governance, supporting MSTRpay’s joint-venture strategy across West Africa. His background includes compliance oversight, executive negotiations, and structured business development, enabling disciplined engagement with financial institutions, regulators, and government stakeholders as MSTRpay expands its regional footprint.
Fenina Kondolanga-Donda
MSTRpay Agent Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

Fenina Kondolanga-Donda serves as MSTRpay’s Agent for the Democratic Republic of Congo, bringing extensive cross-border project development experience connecting African initiatives with European financial institutions.
She is Founder and Managing Director of FK Projektentwicklung UG, with a proven track record in structuring Africa–Europe projects alongside export finance and banking partners. Her institutional network spans European banks and insurers as well as Central African stakeholders, supporting structured joint ventures and financing pathways in DRC.
Based between Europe and Central Africa, Ms Kondolanga-Donda also serves as Managing Director of BTK (Briques et Tuiles du Kongo), overseeing semi-industrial manufacturing operations, financing mobilisation, and institutional coordination. Fluent in French and German, with working knowledge of Lingala, she brings strong regulatory awareness and facilitation capability—positioning her as a key on-the-ground connector for MSTRpay’s expansion in Francophone Africa.
Azhar Zulkifli
Regional Representative for Asia & the Middle East

Mr Azhar Zulkifli oversees MSTRPay’s expansion strategy across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, coordinating country-level agents, identifying licensed microfinance institutions and banking partners, and facilitating regulator-aligned joint-venture structures. His role supports structured progression from initial institutional dialogue through due diligence and executive-level engagement.
Educated at Teachers Training College Gontor (Indonesia) and the International Islamic University Malaysia, Mr Zulkifli brings a strong academic foundation combined with extensive multilingual capacity. He is fluent in English and Arabic, a native Indonesian speaker, and has working knowledge of Javanese and Acehnese. This linguistic and cultural fluency enables cross-border engagement across diverse regulatory and institutional environments.

Séraphine Barigenera

Séraphine Barigenera is a dedicated business leader and social innovator from Burundi, with a diverse background in community development, sustainable initiatives, and economic empowerment. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving livelihoods through innovative solutions, including her early work in nutrition, herbal medicine research, and reforestation projects.
Currently, as Chief of Operations at MSTRpay, Séraphine is at the forefront of driving financial inclusion and digital transformation in Burundi. She leads the integration of the MSTRpay ecosystem into the local economy, working to expand access to digital financial services in underserved communities. Her work aims to foster greater economic participation, improved financial literacy, and increased opportunities for small businesses and individuals, ultimately contributing to sustainable socioeconomic development in the region.
