Chief Executive Officer

Dean Petkanas brings more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and executive management.
He has deep expertise in structuring high-growth enterprises, guiding transformational strategies, and navigating complex financial environments.


Prior to joining MSTRpay, Mr. Petkanas led and co-founded companies across sectors including biotechnology and life sciences,
where his leadership proved instrumental in developing business models, securing financing, and licensing intellectual property.

His appointment marks a significant milestone in MSTRpay’s evolution, reinforcing the company’s mission to deliver next-generation

payments, fintech services, and digital commerce solutions.

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Abeles brings decades of experience across life sciences, finance, and capital markets.
He is widely recognized as a serial entrepreneur and company builder,
with a background spanning strategic advisory, capital formation,
and governance in growth-stage and publicly listed companies.
His experience is expected to support MSTRpay’s transition towards
a public market environment.

Erik Skjöldebrand
Member Of the Board

Erik Skjöldebrand has a background in both private capital advisory and government policy, Erik is known for his ability to align market insight with forward-looking financial infrastructure. He plays a central role in shaping MSTRpay’s cross-border growth, institutional partnerships, and strategic communications.

Mikael Andreasson
Member Of the Board

Mikael Andreasson is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in investments, corporate structuring, and strategic advisory. Mr. Andreasson brings strong capital formation and corporate governance experience.

Seymour Knox IV
Member Of the Board

Seymour Knox IV brings significant global corporate experience to the Company with engagements and background in sports, entertainment and fine art. The Knox family is globally known for their foundation of F.W. Woolworth Company and the founding owners of the NHL franchise team Buffalo Sabres.

Mr. Knox was a former director of the Buffalo AKG Art Museum (formerly known as the Albright-Knox Gallery), having served at the AKG for over 20 years. Mr. Knox was also one of fourteen commissioners on the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE).

Felix Baah
Regional Representative
Team Africa

Felix Baah serves as MSTRpay’s Regional Representative for Africa, bringing more than 35 years of senior executive experience across Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Cyprus. He has held MD and CEO roles spanning finance, securities, mining, and consultancy, with strong cross-border operational expertise.

Based in Accra, Mr Baah contributes deep capabilities in corporate finance, project structuring, and regulatory governance, supporting MSTRpay’s joint-venture strategy across West Africa. His background includes compliance oversight, executive negotiations, and structured business development, enabling disciplined engagement with financial institutions, regulators, and government stakeholders as MSTRpay expands its regional footprint.


Steve Bryant

Steven Bryant brings over 35 years of leadership in venture capital, 

entrepreneurship, and investment banking.
At MSTRpay, he drives global 

strategic growth and innovation. He has led ventures across real estate, tech, and consumer products, including co-founding American Realty  Consulting and scaling a THC beverage brand to 600+ retail locations. 

His career spans startup advisory, international funding, and senior roles at firms like Eagle Venture Capital and Farrand Investment Bankers.


Séraphine Barigenera

Séraphine Barigenera is Chief of Operations at MSTRpay, leading the company’s digital integration and financial inclusion efforts in Burundi.
 

With a strong background in community development and sustainable innovation, she focuses on expanding access to digital financial services and driving economic empowerment in underserved areas. 

Her leadership combines strategic vision with a deep commitment to inclusive growth, leveraging technology to foster financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and long-term socioeconomic development. 


Mariatou Ceesay

Representative the Gambia

Born in Gambia and educated in Serekunda, Mariatou began her career as a chef in the Senegambia tourism sector before launching her own fashion business and later a restaurant in Senegal. Her entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by a commitment to African innovation and sustainability. 


With a unique talent for social media marketing and a diverse regional network, Mariatou drives MSTRpay’s marketing growth across African markets by blending cultural insight, community engagement, and 

strategic communication. 


Fenina Kondolanga-Donda 

MSTRpay agent DRC

Fenina Kondolanga-Donda serves as MSTRpay’s Agent for the Democratic Republic of Congo, bringing extensive cross-border 

project development experience connecting African initiatives with European financial institutions. She is Founder and Managing Director of FK Projektentwicklung UG, with a proven track record in structuring Africa–Europe projects alongside export finance and banking partners. 


Her institutional network spans European banks and insurers as well as 

Central African stakeholders, supporting structured joint ventures and 

financing pathways in DRC. 


Agbodjan Sewa Stephane

Born in Togo with over three decades of international business experience, Agbodjan Sewa Stephane is a senior consultant specializing in strategy, operational optimization, and financial planning across African and European markets. His career includes executive-level leadership roles in Spain and Africa, overseeing regional operations, expansion strategies, and financial structuring. 

With strong expertise in business strategy, financial analysis, and change management, combined with a bilingual and cross-border profile, Stephane supports MSTRpay’s expansion in West Africa by facilitating regulatory engagement, institutional alignment, and the development of structured joint ventures. 


Moses Joseph Dare

Born and based in Nigeria, Moses Joseph Dare brings extensive senior public-sector leadership experience, having served as Permanent Secretary at the Kogi State Ministry of Agriculture & Food Security with full administrative and financial oversight. His background spans government operations, regulatory frameworks, and large-scale development programme execution. 


With strong expertise in project and investment structuring, combined with deep political and grassroots networks, Moses supports MSTRpay’s expansion in Nigeria by facilitating institutional engagement, regulatory navigation, and the development of structured joint ventures aligned with national and regional growth strategies. 


Nasser Philippe da SILVA 

Agent Nigeria, Guinea and Senegal

Born with a strong cross-border West African focus, Nasser Philippe da Silva is a senior executive with extensive experience in structuring public and private investment projects across the region. As Director General of ADPEC Sarl, he has led initiatives involving state-level development, financial partnerships, and institutional collaboration. 


With a solid background in project financing, international investor relations, and IT security engineering, Nasser supports MSTRpay’s expansion across West Africa by facilitating cross-border partnerships, regulatory engagement, and the development of structured joint ventures aligned with regional financial ecosystems. 


Gabriel Mavungo Lando

Born and based in Angola, Gabriel Mavungo Lando is a senior technical executive with over 13 years of experience in the oil & gas and power generation sectors across Africa. As a Rotating Equipment Engineer with SBM Offshore, he brings deep expertise in industrial operations, maintenance leadership, and large-scale infrastructure environments. 


With a strong network across key African energy markets and advanced technical competence in compliance, reliability engineering, and project management, Gabriel supports MSTRpay’s expansion in Angola by enabling disciplined due diligence, regulatory alignment, and the structured development of institutional partnerships and joint ventures. 


Nguekeu Temomo Emmanuel

Agent Cameroon

Born and based in Cameroon, Emmanuel Nguekeu Temomo holds a Maîtrise en Sciences de Gestion and brings extensive experience in audit, project structuring, and large-scale development initiatives. As Founder and Managing Director of ENTA.ENERGY SARL, he leads engineering, infrastructure, and investment projects focused on innovation and sustainable growth. 

With proven experience in government-level programmes and international partnerships across Africa and Europe, Emmanuel supports MSTRpay’s expansion in Central Africa by enabling structured market entry, institutional engagement, and scalable joint venture development. 


Fred Kwaku Gyamfi

Born and based in Ghana, Fred Kwaku Gyamfi is a senior banking and microfinance professional with extensive experience in credit management, branch governance, and SME finance. His background includes leadership roles in microfinance institutions and commercial banking, with strong expertise in lending, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. 

With a combination of grassroots agricultural network access and structured financial expertise, Fred supports MSTRpay’s expansion in Ghana by enabling partner identification, due diligence, and the development of compliant, scalable joint ventures within the local financial ecosystem. 


Azhar Zulkifli

Regional representative Indonesia

Azhar Zulkifli oversees MSTRPay’s expansion strategy across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, coordinating country-level agents, identifying licensed microfinance institutions and banking partners, and facilitating regulator-aligned joint-venture structures.

His role supports structured progression from initial institutional dialogue through due diligence and executive-level engagement. Educated at Teachers Training College Gontor (Indonesia) and the International Islamic University Malaysia, Mr Zulkifli brings a strong academic foundation combined with extensive multilingual capacity. He is fluent in English and Arabic, a native Indonesian speaker, and has working knowledge of Javanese and Acehnese. . 


Ali Kilomoni

Born in Tanzania with extensive professional experience across Europe and East Africa, Ali Kilomoni is an entrepreneur and cross-border trade specialist, having founded and managed import–export operations between the Netherlands, Tanzania, and Kenya. His background combines hands-on business development with international logistics and operational management. 

With strong multilingual capabilities and on-the-ground engagement in agricultural and real estate projects in Tanzania, Ali supports MSTRpay’s regional expansion by enabling local execution, cross-border coordination, and the development of scalable, partner-driven market entry initiatives in East Africa.
